LOA Properties, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Vujadin Jovic with the goal of capturing value from various business activities, most being real estate related. LOA soon became one of the industry leaders in acquiring rental properties in the area and was incorporated by Jovic in 2007.

Collectively the LOA team has successfully acquired, operated, sold and brokered more than $100,000,000 in real estate properties including a 144 acre land Development in Tulsa Oklahoma, a 46 unit apartment complex in Lodi, California and acquired a 48 unit townhome project in Louisana. Individually Jovic has represented, negotiated and/or assisted in the negotiation of basketball related contracts in the US and Europe in excess of $60,000,000. During the recent crumble of the real estate market, Jovic has renegotiated over 100 real estate loans, helping homeowners avoid foreclosure.
